No-Refund Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy for every transaction made of our items. Once payment has been made for an item, it is considered final and we will not refund any amount received. It is in your best interest to think twice before purchasing your desired rank.

No Chargeback Policy

This is to prevent attempts of fraudulent chargebacks from being made, which can cause substantial losses towards the server. If you have a legitimate dispute, then we would exempt you. Else, you would be permanently banned from the server and items received before the chargeback will be removed. We strive to maintain stable cashflow and fairness towards all members.

Where will the funds go?
